Dr. Muhammad Moazam Fraz Participates in UKRI-Funded S2Cool Workshop at LUMS

About The Workshop

Dr. Muhammad Moazam Fraz participated in the UKRI-funded Ayrton Challenge S2Cool Project Workshop hosted and organized by Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS) by—a fantastic gathering of minds across academia and industry.

The S2Cool Project focuses on developing super-efficient, sustainable cooling solutions applicable across a wide range of sectors—advancing innovation to meet global energy and climate challenges.

In addition, the workshop also emphasized the role of digital innovation. Looking ahead, Artificial Intelligence (AI) is set to play a transformative role in accelerating the development and deployment of clean cooling technologies. From optimizing material design and system performance to predicting energy demands and enabling smarter, adaptive cooling systems, AI is unlocking new frontiers in sustainable innovation.

Events like these are essential in translating research into real-world solutions, especially for climate-vulnerable communities.
